Jomy graduated from the University of Mangalore, India in 1995. She spent her earlier days working in the dental unit of a Hospital environment where she gained her valuable experience to manage her own successful private practice in Kerala, South India before she was drawn to the serenity and beauty of NZ.
After migrating to NZ in 2004 with her young family, she completed a year of bridging course for Overseas dentist in Otago university and got her NZDREX registration in 2006.
She was initially based in Rotorua where she worked for Tipu Ora Charitable Trust as the Community Dentistbefore joining Smile Dental in 2012.
Jomy is very gentle, kind and has caring attitude towards her patients and believes in taking time to explain all treatment options. She practices all general aspects of dentistry and prides in creating a good relationship with her patients of all ages. She strongly believes in keeping her dental knowledge up to date by attending regular educational courses in all aspects of general dentistry.
In addition to her passion of Dentistry, she loves spending time with her family and is keen for local church activities, reading, cooking and of course shopping.
