Izzy Lim earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Otago. Raised in multicultural Malaysia, she is fluent in English and Malay and is conversational in Cantonese and Mandarin.
Patients appreciate her gentle and caring manner and often say they are cured of dental phobia.
Izzy believes dentistry need not be painful and intimidating and therefore takes extreme care with patient comfort. Patient needs are of priority to her and she always values her patients’ opinions in treatment planning.
Izzy is capable in all aspects of dentistry with special interest in minimally invasive dentistry as well as cosmetic dentistry. Izzy keeps up to date with new knowledge and technology by attending conferences and lectures regularly.
Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with loved ones. Cooking has always been a great passion of hers and on good days, will cook up a storm preparing Malaysian dishes to curb her cravings and to share with friends and family. Izzy hopes to travel around the world more often and get involved in oral health related voluntary work.
